My deepest condolences go out to the family and friends of Will. I worked with Will for 9 years in the air inspection division of the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality Tidewater Regional office. Will had a great sense of humor and love of music and the arts. He often spoke of his sons with the love and care of a good father. I lost contact with Will after he retired in 2015 and really missed chatting with him. I have no doubt he will be missed by many for some time to come. While we may suffer in sorrow for the loss of Will this Holiday season please keep in mind that he will be walking around Heaven at the same time. Peace be with the Williams family.

May you be comforted by the promise in John 5:28,29 that all those in memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. Will worked with us for many years as an air inspector and in air monitoring. Will took great pride in his work and was a source of comradery to all; he loved being part of the DEQ family, and we will miss our friend.

Josiah, CY and Travis, I am sorry for your lost. I have fond memories of your dad. If you can recall we all with your mom visited Williamsburg, your dad kept picking on me and he had so many jokes especially about his glasses that were in a really skinny case. He had such a great sense of humor and the last time I saw him he had a head of grey long hair. You three are dynamic young men, you're cut from a different cloth and have always had a mother that prayers consistently for you. I am praying for you during this time but am thankful that as handsome, black men, you did have a father involved in your lives and for that I am so grateful.
